Tried to export audio track to external audio editor. Music Editor 3 shows as the app, but it reports cannot be loaded because folder is corrupt. No idea how to refresh the installation. Any thoughts?

How are you trying to open Music Editor 3 and which file does it say is corrupt?

Which version of Movie Edit Pro (MEP) are you using - see under Help About.
For a corrupted folder, to repair go to the My Service Centre , My Products and download the program installer again and run it, once all the program has been downloaded and the main installer runs you should be offered a Repair option, select this.
Hopefully this will fix the issue.
If not then you need to do a fresh install.
Use the free Revo Uninstaller to uninstall the program and scan for left over bits and files that also need removing - do not skip this step as you may end up in the same position as before. Then do a full re-install.
