Are you asking about a Magix Vegas product, or about Movie Edit Pro?
If you need help with a Vegas product, please read this pinned post and follow the advice given there.
If you are actually asking about Movie Edit Pro, have you checked carefully ALL the information in the email you received when the purchase was confirmed? Mercalli V5, if I remember correctly, is accessed via the Store tab within MEP - you will need the serial key in your purchase email to download and install it..
Cinematic Moods etc., currently there is a known problem with downloading it which Magix are aware of and are working to fix.
NewBlue effects require you to install their Application Manager to be able to install and activate their software. Again, if I remember correctly, this install at the same time as you first install the effects.
