The first image is not related to the patch, it is a separate update and there is a known issue with it reappearing when the program is being started - close the dialog.
Looking at the other images it looks like MEP did not shut down properly on command from the update to fix this:
Download the update again and let it start.
Shut down MEP
Open Windows Task Manager and in Processes tab sections Apps and Background processes tab check the Apps and Background processes that MEP is not running they may appear as videodeluxe - if there is right click the entry and select End task
