I notice the date these crash dumps were created is "06.03.2016". Other evidence shows that these are in UK format, hence March 6, 2016 so they are rather old, to say the least!

Are they what you intended to post? Have you been able/unable to use MEP since that date?

One thing I did notice is that "videodeluxe.ini" is dated 26.12.2015. I'm pretty sure there have been program updates since that date.

In order for any of we fellow-users to have any chance at all of being able to help you we need a whole lot more information. First, please read https://www.magix.info/uk/forum/please-do-the-following-before-posting-your-question--621831/ and give us ALL the information requested there. Especially about your computer spec and exactly what you are trying to do.

Second, did you do any search on the item shown in the dump as "Faulting module", specifically "nvwgf2umx.dll"? A very quick Google search on it leads me to https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=nvwgf2umx.dll&oq=nvwgf2umx.dll&aqs=chrome..69i57j0l5.1503j0j7&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8 Unfortunately, I don't have time to follow any of the links but, hopefully, one or more of them may give you some clues.

Hi

. . . . v15.0.0.90 . . .

You are missing a couple of updates for MEP 2016 the latest is 15.0.0.107.

Update the program using Help, Update online - if there is no 'Update online' available under Help. Then try opening and closing the program several times to try and trigger the automatic update.

. . . . nvwgf2umx.dll . . . .

This is part of the NVidia drivers installed on your computer and there may be an issue with the drivers at this stage without more information I would advise you not to use any 3rd party web sites that offer fixes for this problem - they may cause more issues then they fix, if they fix it at all.

Come back with more information in particular:

  1. Computer specification - include processor make and model, graphics card or chipset used, RAM, hard drive configuration and free space.

  2. What were you trying to do at the time it occurred? Include settings used if exporting a file and the program settings in particular is Hardware acceleration turned on and which codecs are being used - see the Program settings, Import/export tab - screenshots of these trimmed to only show the relevant tabs will help.
