Hi

I have a video that I made in MMEP 2013, My daughter saved it in an apple mac to edit it in her Mac sottware which she did and saved the unedited version, the original. I then wanted the original back so she sent a link in an email for me to load it into Dropbox, which I did, the file plays back perfectly in Windows Media Player, but when I try to drag and drop it into Magix half the file or video is missing. I keep trying different things but nothing seems to work The video is ok because it play back in Windows Media Player. Frustrating!!

Any suggestions please

Michael

Hi Michael

Can you clarify some points in your post please:

. . . . My daughter saved it in an apple mac . . . .I then wanted the original back . . . .

What happened to the original on your computer?

. . . . edit it in her Mac sottware which she did and saved the unedited version . . .

Which software and did she keep the original and the edited version of the video?

. . . . link in an email for me to load it into Dropbox, . . .

You downloaded the file from Dropbox to your computer?

Is the file you downloaded your daughters copy of the original or the edited version?

Which video format is the file?

Thanks

John
