Final renders are choppy and pixilated

When editing 4k video in Movie Edit Pro (version 17.0.1.128)
the final render; QuickTime –Photo jpeg, of the movie comes out choppy (fast,
slow, fast, slow, etc) and pixilated. The original MOV file is fine.

4k video captured with a DJI Phantom 4 Pro.

Computer: HP Omen, 2TB, 16GB Ram, NVIDIA GeForce 6TX1070 Graphics card.

Please advise.
