Hi, I recently purchased a copy of Music Maker Premium and included in the deal was a free "Soundpool Collection" to choose from the store, as well as some additional Soundpools and instruments. The Soundpool Collection did show up in my credits when I first starting using the software, and I wanted to wait a while before choosing my free one. However the Soundpool Collection credit now appears to have disappeared and when I click on any collections in the store they say I must pay. Does anyone know why this is? I have not redeemed it and so not sure why the credit has gone. The credit for the 3 Soundpools still appears there, it's just the collection one that's gone.
