Hi

IIRC when you select File, New project and in the dialog that opens select the Load project tab the demo project is listed there.

If it is not there, then click the Folder icon top right of the dialog and browse to the folder

MAGIX\Movie Edit Pro Premium, which is within your Documents folder,

where should find a link to the Demo project.

Hi Rene

You need to download this separately. Go to Help menu at top left of program > Free Download and this will open the installation manager where you can see Demo Project and start the download. In the same area download any other content that is available also.

Hi Peter,

No, there isn't any Free Downloads

Any more idea?

I don't know what version you have but in this last from Web isn't full program (maybe in trial only?)

Hi,

The demo project may be under:

C:\ProgramData\MAGIX\Movie Edit Pro Plus\2018\_Demo

or Premium, in your case. The file name is: _Demo.mvp

If you don't have access to C:\ProgramData, it may be hidden and you have to unhide the folder in Windows Explorer.

If it is not there, then it probably didn't come with the trial version that you downloaded.

Hi John,

Yep, that looks for me isn't for Trial.

I hope is on full version, because is good to get training on it.

Hi,

If you purchase, make sure to get at least the Plus version, as the basic version has too many limitations and you quickly run into limitations. In fact, right now, the Premium version is on sale for a lot less than the Plus version, so it is a very good deal.

The demo definitely comes with the full version as do all of the features. Once you have activated the trial version, you should update to the latest patch and you will be able to download the rest of the content under Help.

Hi,

I find it very strange that you can not access the Demo Project in what is essentially a Demo (=Trial) version!

Surely this is the exact purpose of having the Demo Project - so that you can see what is possible and experiment with the possibilities?

Unfortunately it is a long time since I tried out a new version before getting the full version so cannot confirm what is currently offered in the trial. Maybe you should contact Magix sales or support to clarify this.
