Which OS and version are you trying to install on?

The software is Windows 8 and 10 only.

If you are trying to install on a MAC, then it needs to be installed on an Intel processor based system with Windows 10 installed on a separate partition using Bootcamp and booted into that OS.

Using Parallels is not option and will have issues.
