I have already asked about this issue but wanted to make a new post to clarify the current status of this problem as I fear the old thread I made about it is now ignored.
Basically, on most project files of any reasonable size (over 3mins long) when I export to .wav or .mp3 they end up having a distortion/fuzz noise that lasts about a second at a few points within the track- and it always seems to be at 0:29 seconds in. I have had one or two tracks that have been exported without the problem, but having tried many many times on one track in particular, it seems it is a project file related issue rather than the export process itself.
When I play the project file in MMM there is no hint of a problem at 0:29 but then once exported this noise appears.
I have tried resetting it, to no avail. I tried exporting single channels so I could get the stems but the noise still occurs even then! This is ruining Magix for me as a song file with these fuzzy noises dotted through it is completely unusable and means I am reluctant to invest time making a good project only to then not be able to export it properly.
It has also suddenly started saying my surround sound encoder needs to be activated? It never did this before and worked fine now all of a sudden this is coming up when I try and export- could this be a factor? Why am I suddenly being asked to activate this?!
Very frustrating. Please please help me solve this issue!
Thanks
P.S. I am using Magix Music Maker MX on Windows 7 just to be clear!
