Get an error message when trying to open - No Seriel Number. V18.

Just downloaded and executed Vegas 18. Tried to open and got an error, "no password." How can I enter a password if the program won't open? What bozo designed this interface? Please give me a workaround before I call my credit card company. NOT USER FRIENDLY. Error code was "-57".

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums.

There is no such product as Vegas 18, sorry. There is Vegas Pro 18 (whose correct forum is here) and there is Magix Movie Studio 18, for which this is the correct forum.

So, please tell us exactly which product you have. Once we have that information it might be possible to help you further. If it is Magix Movie Studio 18, please quote the error message in full or provide a screenshot of it.
