Having done a quick Google search I assume that this question seems to refer to the Panasonic GH5 camera. Is that correct?
The error message you quote seems to mean that MEP needs an Intel CPU/GPU to be able to handle the format of your files. So, we need to know an awful lot more about your computer, please! This post will show you what we need.
After more digging around the camera specs, AFAICS, it does not support the HEVC / h.265 codec, only AVCHD and H.264.
This is what I suspected in my previous post.
The only way to use the existing video in MEP is to convert it down to 8 bit if the converter used refers to the bit level per colour or 24 bit for combined RGB colour.
That is the first set of specs I saw, however they are for the GH-5S, not the GH-5 as posted in the topic title and first post.
@Olivier-Braud can you confirm which camera model you have, also could you analyse a video clip that is causing the issue with MediaInfo and post the results from the Text view here.
Please find here after the result provided by mediainfo of a video clip causing issue:

Thanks for confirming the camera model and the MediaInfo data.
The video is encoded in AVC format and therefore not supported by MEP at 10 bit resolution.
What is the version number of your MEP as found under Help, About?
If it is not the latest version ( 18.0.2.235) could you upload a short, non confidential, 10 second clip from the camera, for us to test, to somewhere like Dropbox or similar file sharing site - not in the forum or Youtube, Vimeo etc as they will convert the video - and post a link to it.
How do I upgrade Video Pro X from 15.0.4.176 (UDP3) to VPX v 16.0.2.317?
By the way I didnt get any correct auto link, but i found this link under Help -> Install additionnal content -> Other components MPEG-4-Codec (MainConcept):
- VPX v 16.0.2.317 - loaded OK after being asked to download and install the AVC Intra codec - AFAIK I never had this codec before.
John, was this a "free" download for you, or were you asked to pay nearly £60 for this codec? (Perhaps, needless to say, I didn't!)
MEP I am being asked to install Quicktime after which get load error
I didn't test the video in MEP but when I cancelled the codec activation screen, VPX immediately gave me the same error message. I do have Quicktime installed!
