Good afternoon to everyone. It's me Efosa Osayande. I'm finding it difficult to editing video, the magix program always block when I'm editing and I tried to reinstall the CD magix
and they are informed me that the code number is already in used by another email. I want to have this program on CD. So that I can easily to reinstall it to my computer anytime. This very link I installed from email now is not configured to my computer system. Still asking me to update the infect and by the time I we go for the update then he wrote me to do it later. Please, this is the reason why I need the CD magix deluxe pro. Try away to help me out of this confusion. Thanks for your support.

Hi Efosa and welcome to the user to user forums.

There are no Magix staff present on the forums day to day. Only other users of the program like yourself.

You do not say which year version of the software you are using.

If the program is being blocked by your operating system or antivirus you must add the program folders to the 'exclude scanning' sections which should be in the Exceptions section of an antivirus program. Those folders should then show in the Allowed apps section of the antivirus program.

It will make no difference whether the program comes from a CD or is downloaded. CDs and DVDs can be duplicated. The program must initially connect to the internet to verify it is a legal copy before the program can be activated. That in turn means having a registered Magix account where you can deactivate non used copies of the program allowing then to have a new activation as the program is limited to two activations at a time.
