have purchased music maker dance edition 3 but cant use as it says serial number already used. can i still use or get ANOTHER SERIAL NUMBER ?

Was the software new or bought on somewhere like Ebay?

If bought as new from a supplier online then contact that suplier first, failing that contact sales at Magix and tell them the problem including who the supplier was.

If it is not new then you may be out of luck as you will need to get the original owner to ask Magix to deregister the software.
