Purchased an add on to Music Maker Jam (Step 2, and Jazz vol 2) neither one will activate so that I can use the app. It is bad enough that the programm keeps frezzing, but even worst is that is hard to get any kind of tech support.

Really? may be I was lucky I did not face problem with them some time back. I do not know about recent.
It would be better if you would have mentioned what is so hard to get support may be someone clarify that here.
