hello magix community i downloaded magix studio suite but find it difficult to install. it says i had an internet connection when in fact i have great internet connection running. i purchased this software from sweetwater. can you guys provide me with the zip file of my purchased software installation package so i can try different way to download and install.

Exactly which magix studio suite have you bought?
What was included in the purchase from Sweetwater? Was it a redemption code or a serial key? The latter would begin with P3 followed by a series of numbers. If it was any other letter and/or number combination it is a redemption code. Sweetwater have a web page here which explains how to redeem your code.
Can you show us a screenshot of the actual error message you see, or at least the full wording of it? It is highly likely that your Firewall and/or Antivirus is blocking the connection between your computer and the Magix servers; in this situation, you need to ensure that the collection is specifically "allowed".

Hi and welcome to the forum.
Please note this is a user to user forum, not Magix Support, there fore we cannot provide you with an alternate installation file.
Did Sweetwater give you a link to install the program and a voucher code? If you have a voucher code this should be redeemed here to get the serial number by email.
The installation is in multiple parts, the Download Manager which downloads and installs the core product installation and finally from within the program the Features and extra content installation for the edition purchased.
At which point is the installation failing?
Check your firewall is not blocking the Download Manager from accessing the Internet and your Antivirus Folder protection / Ransomeware protection features are not blocking the installation
