HELP! Some of the movies that I using in the program are not playing anymore. Those videos have no thumbnails on story board, and can't be seen while play or export! All those videos are in folder, and can be seen with other programs, but not with Magix... :(((((
I am sorry to tell this, but I've experienced too many problems with Magix, along all that years... :(((
Which hard drive are your files on? How much free space is on each of your drives if you have more than one?
Editing programs unlike video players need a lot of room to move files around while in the editor.
You may be just running out of resources on your machine.
This is why the forum asks everyone to submit a complete rundown of the problem including computer specs and file project specs. Version of MEP and operating system. A lot of us here run the program with little in the way of issues and a lot of problems often turn out to be rectifiable if we get enough information.
The amount of information you have given so far doesn't help us much so please add more detail.
Also please remember this is just a user forum with other users just trying to help people with problems out if they can.

SOLVED: I've just press on the "Preview quality switch", the lightening button from the Preview monitor window, and the videos hes miraculously appear...
