@timmyvie

Thank you for the additional information.

If I am reading the error message correctly, it seems the problem is with the mp3 file. So, can we try a process of elimination?

Assuming this is not a "long" project:

  1. Can you remove the mp3 and retry the playing? Does it then "work"?
  2. If so, that particular mp3 includes something that MEP does not like and I would, therefore, convert it to 48kHz 16 bit .wav file and then reinsert it to your project and try the playback again. If you don't have software to convert it please post it to any file-sharing site of your choice, provide a link here to download it and I'd be happy to at least "have a look at it" for you. I do have software to convert it and could then reupload it for you to download and use.
  3. However, if removing the mp3 does NOT allow playback to function properly, the problem is clearly something to do with the video. If so, unfortunately, that may be rather more difficult to diagnose remotely.

I haven't suggested attaching the mp3 to a post here, which you can do if you wish, since I'm not sure whether the forum software will somehow "alter" your file.

Hi

In addition to @AAProds comment- download and install MediaInfo and analyse the mp3 file which is causing the issue and post the results from the Text view in MediaInfo
