Help getting started with Movie Edit Pro 2014

I am a complete novice and I need help getting started editing my gopro videos. The Movie edit pro 2014 seems to be over my head. Is there any place to get help from the beginning?

Further to Terry's answer, you can start by reading the manual. Start with the Introduction, then Quick start, Work spaces, and Settings. Open MEP and follow along by bringing in a video to play with. Don't worry, you won't break anything. MEP is non-destructive and doesn't touch or change the source files.
