I have edited your posts to remove the images containing your personal serial number which you were advised to do.
Are you requesting help from other users in these forums or are you posting IN CAPITALS (the forum equivalent of shouting) merely to rant?
The error message you posted is quite clear: somehow you are attempting to use a serial key which has already been registered to another user. So, where exactly did you buy the upgrade from? If it was direct from Magix you need to email infoservice@magix.net with full details and ask that they issue you with a new serial key. if it was from a third-party seller only that seller can resolve this for you; Magix will have no record of your purchase.
