Does anyone know where I can find a tutorial that shows the procedure on how one can ‘clone ‘ themselves using ‘ effects ‘ specific to Magix Movie Edit Pro X7.

First, I am sure you will appreciate that MEP MX Plus is now an "old" version and very few users are likely to still have it installed, I suspect, especially since it apparently does not run properly under Windows 10. Hence, any advice offered is likely to be based on a more recent version and may or may not be applicable to MX.
Second, can you explain precisely what you mean by "cloning", what you have tried (step by step details please) and what results you see?
Third, please tell us a lot more about your computer. This post will give you some idea of what we really do need to know.
