Hi .. new to Video Pro X. Not sure why it's moving painfully slow. Video here:

Every edit needs a few seconds or else it locks up. I'm editing a 20min mp4 file recorded in obs, there is a wav file and about a dozen animated titles. When importing the mp4 file I adjusted the project to match the mp4's settings and I allowed preview clips.

17.3.68 Win10 i5 2.9ghz, 16gig, 250gig free hd space, RTX 2060

I can work on this same project with other software without lag. The one difference is that in Pro X I am using the fancy animated titles - could it be that? I'll take any tips/advice please and thank you!

update - after restarting the program it was good. Then I dragged a clip over another clip for a crossfade and it slowed down again. After another restart, I attempted the same crossfade, but it didn't slow down.

update 2 - I suspect it is the 'undo' function. When I undo an edit I get some extreme lag.
