Which 'procedures' have you tried and what error message are you getting when trying to activate?
Is the computer connected to the Internet when activating?
The serial number complete with the prefix, in my case this was in the format:
HEVCIC-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx
needed to be entered in the activation dialog, I used copy and paste to enter the whole code.

I can't re-activate a bought HEVCIC H.265 codec. I tried to "re-arm" via my purchase code at MAGIX.
I tried several times. I always get an email from MAGIX with new Activation Code: 0
This don't work!
When I try to enter the HEVCIC-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx when i bought the codec, I get "WRONG CODE"
Please advise how to go on. Need support.

Hi Tim and welcome to the user to user forums.
A reactivation will require a new code. The automated code generator you tried to use only works for the old MP4 codec and not HEVC.
For that you will have to contact infoservice@magix.net complete with your order purchase number and code from the original email. The codec licence itself only has a limited amount of re-activation's associated with it. I think it is three.
