HEVC codec is not accepted: "The activation code is incorrect"

Dear Forum

The short story: I bought the HEVC codec to import .mov files but the activation code is not accepted: "The activation code is incorrect".

The long story: I wanted to import a .mov Movie from an iPhone, I was told to buy the HEVC codec, bought it online, got the email with the confirmation, but I get the error message "The activation code is incorrect" (and yes, I copy/pasted it without any extra spaces etc.).

- Magix Movie Edit Pro 2016 Premium, Windows 10
- HEVCIC-43890-88263-93390-*****-*****

And I CAN play the same .mov file in my Windows 10 (using VLC).

Hi Andy.

This only normally happens if it the code is used again after reinstalling the program. You can email magix at sales@magix and ask for another activation code. You will have to supply your original order number for the codec to receive the new one.
