Hi! How do i register my sound card on Deluxe 16 Audio Cleaning?

I have purchased MAGIX Audio Cleaning Lab 16 deluxe put the recording device only shows as microphone.... I would like to record sound off of the internet but there is no sound card available to select from. could you please help me to find a solution?
