@Tommy-Doscher There is probably one plugin that crashes SoundForge. You have to check which plugin causes this by temporarily moving plugins to another folder until you find it. SoundForge should start as soon as the plugin isn't in the scanned folder anymore.
As @SP. stated, move all the VST <.dll> files to a temporary folder. VST folders are normally in the x64 and x86 Program files. Typically named "VST", vst, "Steinberg".. If SF opens, add back a few at a time to I.D. the offender.
