How can I export a 3D shutter video?

I have a 3D combpatible screen and software. I use the Nvidia glasses and I am able to see the image I created as a stereoscopic image in 3D. I did the side by side view, playback the video as a shutter, and all seems to work fine. The problem is that I don't see an option to export as a shutter 3D video. I am trying to upload it on Youtube, and I know FireFox browser has the capabilities to view it in this mode. I'm running a PC in case anyone asks. What am I missing / doing wrong ?????

Hi

Go File>Export>MPEG4(or some other format) and in the Export MPEG window > Export settings on the right, change the 3D settings to one of the "Side by Side" or "On Top of..." settings. These should activate the shutter glasses when viewed on a suitable display/monitor. The same 3D choices are available in the Burn screen>Advanced window, if you wish to burn a disc.
