How can I get my AKAI LPK25 USB keyboard controller to enter notes into Music Maker 16

How can I get my AKAI LPK25 USB keyboard controller to enter notes into Music Maker 16.

My PC has XP OS, enough ram etc. There's simply no sound when I press the keys and nothing goes on the screen.

Which VSTi you take and is Monitoring on ?

Look at these pictures to see how to record playing the keyboard

2 - Recording and playing - note in your case at step 6 play the Akai not the on screen keyboard

I don't know how to determine whether monitor is on or off.

Also there is NO KEYBOARD BUTTON (between template and inspector) to click on as you suggested in your instructions.

I've tried a number of the syntheziers and also the track VSTi and it makes no difference. And I don't know how to find the monitor button.

Which version of Music Maker do you have - Basic or Premium?
