How can I slow down video recording

Bignomis wrote on 7/21/2014, 5:56 AM

I have a short recording which I want to re record so that a section of it plays back more slowly.

Obviously I can do this whilst viewing within the programme using the shuttle playback slider but I want this to be replicated when I play back the new recording.

Windows Seven

Movie Edit Pro 2014 Plus Version 13.0.3.14

Hi,

Use Effects > Video effects > Speed

I was going to add that you could have answered this yourself by opening MEP 2014's HELP and typing 'Speed'. But I see that Magix have strangely included the wrong screenshot in that section:

Odd why they would change it, as it was correct in MEP 2013. Makes me wonder about other Help that I would regard as standard in all recent versions!

Hi Terrypin, in "ProX6's help" they have included the right screenshot in "speed" section

and in Mep2014 "italian version", also
