How can I start Magix music maker 17?

I just bought this software (Magix music maker 17) and I've installed it but it's not working for me; when I click and drag the music clip to drop on the timeline, it won't drop on the timeline. Is there any way I and fix this and start making music? Somebody please help me by showing me just waht I need to do enorder to get the software working for me; I will really appreciate it, please help me!

Hi,

Are you using Windows 7?

Normally what you have said, drag and drop should work well. It is strange.

If you are using Music Maker 17 with windows 7 there are chances you could face problem.

First of all if you did not update your software you can do using HELP button and follow guidance.

I will suggest you should also contact magix support, tell them your problem in detail. May be other user will also guide you here.

Do you get an error?

Do you have the disc version or the download version?
