Theoretically yes, provided you ensure that ALL the source files and ALL the MEP project files are transferred to your laptop.

It might be worth checking that all the "settings" within MEP itself are the same on both machines so that you do not experience anything behaving differently on the second machine.

Jut copy all the files to the same directories on the new computer. If the user name on the laptop is the same as onthe computer you are copying from, it wil probably work flawlessly.

However, if the user name is different, then the project may not find the files when loading as the directory structure is slightly different. But no need to worry.

When you load the project on the laptop and MEP cannot find the files, it will ask you to locate them, one by one. It ma take some time depending on the size of your project, but it is only a one time deal. Save it after the the project loads.
