If I understand you correctly, this is what you need to do...
In the Instrument pull-down menu in the Vita MIDI Editor, select "No VSTi". Your computer will then play the MIDI track using the general MIDI instruments provided by your computer's sound card.
Then, go to ...File (menu) > Export > Audio as MP3...
I realize you are having difficulty expressing yourself in English. We'll try our best to help.
"tried it before and now , gives a message saing that i must chosse a vst os otherwise the sound wil not be heard"
Since you did not say, I assumed you imported an existing MIDI track which used standard general MIDI instrumentation. So, now assuming you have created the MIDI object yourself, then YES you MUST choose a Vita MIDI instrument to hear any sound.
"i tink the onli way is paly de sound and record it having a cable bypassing the seakers to the micro"
I'm not sure I agree with that conclusion. Assuming you've done what I suggested above, you should be able to hear, and Export, the MIDI object in the normal manner I described previously.
If none of this helped you, then I'm sorry and someone else will have to help.

Thanks
I recorded the midi file in magix.
The cable resulted.
Explaining:
I can hear de sond in the headphones, and at the same magix can record what comes from the micro.
So i boght a 3,5 sound cable by 2 euros in the chinese store and conected the headphone jack with the microphone jack , marked the midi trip as solo, marked an empty strip as record, started recording, and it resulted.
