How do I access digieffects plugin 2.5 from Movie Edit Pro 2015?

I have experience with Movie Edit Pro 2014 Plus and just "upgraded" to MEP 2015, which came with Digieffects Damage "2.5". I downloaded and installed this Digieffects file from MAGIX and I simply cannot find where I can access it. I don't see any special options under Effects->Video Effects. Should I be importing the plugin somehow?

Hi, am new to this program, but perhaps if you,

Click > Effects > Extra effects > Plug-ins you may find them there, if not, right  click the right most button that appears below the preview window and ensure there is not a mark beside disable plugins, which is done to preserve resources for slower computers.

You could search for the plugin by name using windows search,  if you downloaded the plugin using your browser then you could also look in your downloads folder to see if it is in there, if you used the programs built in browser then look in the programs installation folder, under windows, programs magix and so on.

Or click on the programs help button, and use the manual, or click on the  contextual help feature and then clicking it on the plu-ins folder, make sure it is in view first else you may get a different result.

Regards, john

Hi again, just checked out the plugin you are enquiring about, if this is it, then it does not seem to be made for magix movie editor, http://www.digieffects.com/products/damage/

Hi,

@Trying - the plugin comes with MEP basic version, so it should work.

@Wrehman - did you carefully read all instructions about Digieffects, including any in the email that you received from Magix when you purchased on line? There may be something there if you can't find the tool where Trying indicated.

Also, did you download and install everything under Help, Free download?

I downloaded and ran the Damage exe installer as provided in an email from Magix. I also installed everything under the free downloads. The only related thing I can find on my computer is an uninstaller.
