How do I burn a disc ?

I'm a Novice ! I've revised some editing detail and am trying to burn a new disc. Do I 'encode all' or 'use all'. I'm looking at a screen which is telling me I have 14+ hours still left to burn ??!!!!

Use Encode all then you can be sure that any changes you have made are definitely included.
