Stephanie,

We're just users here (not company reps) and we'll need some more basic information before anyone can offer you much help. First -- what version of MEP are you using? eg MEP 17 or MEP 2013 etc, and as importantly whether you have the standard or 'Plus' or 'Premium' version. Second -- have you registered your program or are you using still the free demo option?

The information for these questions is available from 'Help' at the top menu bar and then 'About Magix Movie Edit Pro...' at the bottom of the dropdown list. eg:

Next, can you tell us just what you mean by "It keeps asking me for numbers...". Is this a program error window asking for an activation code etc, or are you in the DVD burning section of the program and being asked for settings?

The process can be very easy I assure you. If you accept default values and choices it's just a few clicks. Obviously the process is more than that if you want to use any of the MEP editing and customization options.

Please get back to us ASAP and some one will be ready with suggestions.

Regards,

Carl

When you ring the support phone you need to have purchased a support ticket code from the support website, the numbers the telephone system asks for are this code. Unfortunately all telephone support, apart from Activation and Installation queries, is now pay for. We only offer free email support, which can be accessed here:

To help you with the burning error, you really need to give the error message that receive, most error messages can also be searched for on our Support Knowledge Base.
