I have a standard closing titles on my YT videos. At the moment I have to recreate it for every video. I've tried copying the clip in another project but the Windows clipboard is empty when I load the new project. Is there another way of doing this?

Personally I would export it as a movie clip on it's own and then if need be chroma key the resulting clip using the black colour option when using in another movie but a lot would depend on how you made the title sequence if you wanted a different method.
Alternatively, Open the movie with the Title you want to copy. Then in the main editor open a new movie using the plus button next to where your project title shows on the timeline editor. Select the movie you need to transpose the titling to and load it. Once loaded go back to the first movie and click on your title. and select copy. Then click on the second movie and paste the title into position.
