How do I delete a new frame table

I have clicked onto an object then clicked Create new frams table. my screen now is showing the same image twice on each side of the viewing area, how do I get back to my original screen to show a single screen, I've tried going into help and nothing somes up,

Hey Michael,

I don't think it has anything to do with the frametable. May be you accidentally have clicked the 'coloured glasses' in the upper left corner of monitor, or a shortcut. Choose 'Standard (2D)' instead.

Thank you for your reply, not sure what I did now, anyway I got round it by going back to default setting and reset everything to how I like them.

So what is a frame table.

Can't find any imformation in the books I have on Magix or in help.
