I just got Movie Edit Pro and I figured out how to add videos and do transitions but I can not figure out how to do an opening credit to my video. I don't even know where to write texts for the opening credits..... I click "T" and I keep addingtext to my image but I want a separate frame for the title or opening credit.

Please help!!!!

thank you

bearmodel,

Text can go anywhere but you need to make space if you don't want it on top of existing material. While in 'Timeline' mode (numbered tracks starting with '1' at the top), do a [Ctrl + A] to select everything and then click drag all to the right.

You can click on the big 'T' icon to open the title editor but MEP also has a number of presets under the 'Title' tab. Exactly where depends on the program version but I'd suggest looking for the 'General' or 'Standard' category to give a set of options in the media pool eg 'Scrolling...', 'Standard', 'Ticker 2' etc. Simply drag one into the space you've just created where it can be extended (by dragging out one end) or edited (select and the hit 'T') for the actual text and any applied effects.

Hope this heps,

Carl
