2nd button on my premium version to access the 2,000 samples?

Hi Darren

There should be the option to Update program/Upgrade functions, Download synthesizers and sound packets under the Help menu?

Otherwise you will have to contact sales at Magix.

Had same issue until I found this on Magix site https://support2.magix.com/customer/en/node/143421

Make sure you enter the code from your dvd sleeve exactly as shown including the dashes and capital letters.
