Assuming these are wind noise then with great difficulty as the this type of noise tends to have a broad spectrum of frequencies, you can try using the Equaliser and lowering the sliders particularly at the lower frequencies, however you will not be able to eleimnate the noise altogether.

I would suggest you get a 'Dead Cat' wind reducer such as the one you see here attached to my camera

 

This makes quite a significant difference in noise from wind.  This one is from here.

Hi,

In addition to John's comments you may want to try a parametric equalizer (different from the graphic equalizer in MEP).  It will give you more control over the frequencies you want to remove.  The "wind noise" module in Magix Video Sound cleaning lab I find works pretty well with wind noise.  If you want to use one that is free, something like Audacity will do the job as well but it is much harder to learn how to use and requires a fair bit of audio editing experience to use properly.  In the magix product, you actually adjust the audio track whith the video open.  With audacity you have to treat the audio track seperately and could run in to audio sync problems if you are not really careful.

Remember you will never eliminat all of the noise just reduce it enough so that the sounds you want are louder than the noise.
