Hi,

Audio Technica makes very good microphones, but this whole topic of USB microphones is full of glitches due to how the drivers work with various sound cards, and what drivers they need and how those drivers work with other sound cards.  Just a big problem.  Right now if you don't really understand computers or drivers or how they work with your sound card either contact Audio Technica, or return the microphone, buy a standard mcrophone and an adaptor to fit the microphone input on your pc and use that.

Good Luck

George has already given you an answer but here are some Extras.

You did not mention OS of your computer, Xp, Vista, Windows 7 or 8. Therefore, can not guide exactly rather giving you hints what you should do.

I assume you have already done Mic set up on your computer. If not for setting check this pdf

http://www.audio-technica.com/cms/resource_library/literature/35595fd85837a784/at2020_usb_om.pdf

After setting you have to configure settings in Magix Music Maker.

Please refer this pdf for mic setting with Music Maker in the tutorial you will also find how to choose Asio driver.
