How do i get my upgrade offer add-ons, instruments and soundpools?

I just bought Magix 2021 premium back on Dec 2nd, Today Dec 30th i see the add for the upgrade offer that includes the Variverb2, Christmas pop bundle , 3 soundpools, a soundpool collection, 3 magix instruments, and 2 tiny instruments.  So after i purchased this upgrade offer, i did not get my sound pool or instrument credits.. what do i need to do? It auto added the Variverb and christmas pools, but the whole reason i purchased this was for the instruments and the soundpools.

Hi and thanks for the reply. This did not fix my issue. My problem is that i did not recieve a new license number with my upgrade.. It still shows the original license from my inital purchase. The upgrade offer that i purchased was to include all the content it advertised. I should have a credit for 3 more soundpools, a soundpool collection, 3 magix instruments and the 2 mini instruments. My original licence says i have no credits available. Im guessing thats because i claimed those when i first installed the software. But there is nothing in my email with activation codes or credit codes to claim the additional items.

@Patrick-Reilly Ok, I suspect the problem is that you "upgraded" from version 2021 to 2021 and you already used the coupons and new coupons weren't added because your version didn't change.

I think the best idea is to contact sales support at infoservice@magix.net and ask them to manually activate the coupons in your account.

Are you sure about this? The Upgrade to MM 2021 involves a new serial key if you wish to run either the Plus or Premium variants of the software, because the Upgrade has to be bought.

Did you carefully check your purchase confirmation email?

If you did pay for the upgrade and have definitely NOT received a new serial key you certainly need to contact Magix using the email address which @SP. gave you.

Adding to this thread rather than starting a new one because something very similar also happened with me in the same time period. In my case I used the in-app store to do the upgrade offer, and the email confirmation I received from that also has no serial numbers at all- none for the premium upgrade and also none for the Audio Studio portion of the offer. The email only gives me an order number, which doesn't work in any of the fields either in the software or on the website.

Also no portion of the upgrade showed up in the "my products" section of my account on Magix, and only one item got added to my Producerplanet account. (One of the two Christmas music soundpools- hilariously only the part 2, "Christmas Pop - Part 2".)

Based on my experience I have a feeling that something went wrong with the upgrade offer for some users, myself and the OP included. In my case I also received only a portion of the credits I should have gotten- for example I did not receive any tiny instrument credit, received only 1 regular instrument credit, etc.

It seems quite random what I did and didn't get. It almost seems like somewhere in the back-end the upgrade got interrupted part-way through and only a portion of the entitlements got added to my account, and without any serial numbers in the email there's no alternative way to add them or even see exactly what else is missing.

Personally I've opened a support ticket for this, as it doesn't seem like something that can be resolvable without someone actually sending me a new key or doing some other manual activation within my account. Seems like I'm seeing a lot of other folks with a similar experience, so hopefully this is a known issue by now..?
