How do I redownload on a new computer

I downloaded the software on my laptop which then crashed. I am trying to redownload on a new desktop but I keep getting an "already redeemed" error code. Why do I do?

The error message would suggest that you have already redeemed a coupon/voucher code to get the serial number which you would have received in an email.

Once redeemed a coupon/voucher cannot be redeemed again.

Assuming the laptop install was registered/activated, you can download the installer from your account at magix.com under My products there you will also find your serial number.
