How do i remove black box around video that is on Youtube?

Once i upload the video to Youtube it has a black box around the video. When i view it before i upload it, the quality looks fine and there is no black box around the video but when its on youtube there is. If anyone can help, it would be greatly appreciated.

What format are you exporting to?

Are the aspect ratio and format settings correct for Youtube?
