how do i upgrade magix mx to magix mx premium

first i would like to upgrade my magixmusicmaker mx to musicmaker premium.last cannot checkout and shop on catooh cannot recieve my 2000sounds package and even when i try to con tact them it will say my email or my password is incorrect.please help i would also like to buy loops from catooh but it is getting so frustrating thanx..ps.my password for catooh is the same  for magix...thanx mark pinnock longtime customer
