Do you mean MEP 14 or MEP 2014?  If you mean MEP 2014 please use the full name to avoid confusion with the older version which is still in use by some members of the forum.

Have you copied the files from the GoPro to the computer? You cannot import the files directly into MEP from the GoPro - as soon as you unplug the camera MEP cannot find the files.
