Where do I plug my electric quitar into to access use the features of Vandel SE? On back of my computer?Do I need to plug my electric guitar into a hardware device plugged into my computer to use the Vandel SE?

The best method is to use an Audio/MIDI interface that has an instrument input. Other than that, if you have an amp that has a Line-OUT, you can connect that to the Line-IN on your computer (assuming you have one).
The second part is where the confusion lies. Just what is it you imagine you will be able to do "to use the Vandel SE" with your guitar?
