How do I rotate a video on Movie Edit Pro on a Windows 7.

Hi,

Select your video. Go to Effects, Movement Effects, Rotate. There you have all the knobs and Mirror and rotating buttons that you need to rotate and invert the video.

Read up on Movement effects in the manual.
