Do I need 1 x Audio Pro Unlimited Wave License US$24.99 per sample i use in a song i make to sell
or does 1 x license purchase cover me for all samples i may use in the future to make music to sell using MM17 and newer versions

When you will go to the catooh web and do as explained below will find out what is included in one single license.
Suppose you want to use soundpool of MMM 17 or other newer version in commercial work go to catooh click on Sound & FX on the left from menu click soudpool collections. In this case click on Music Maker 17 you will find demo and the license terms with prices such as:
Audio Pro Unlimited WAV
24.99 USD approx. 15.59 GBP
The license price varies from version to version be careful.
