I am currently using Movi Edit Pro 2021 in a trial version and there are only about 30 transitions between individual clips. My question, if I buy the full version, will the library of transitions as well as other additions increase? How will it be possible to download.

Hello Kazimierz, and welcome to to user to user forums.
It varies with the version of Movie Edit pro you buy.
Look at the Program comparison page to see the lists.
You will be invited by the program to download all extra content.
If you have a slow internet connection leave a spare couple of hours free to complete the downloads and a few hours after for Movie Edit Pro to do its housekeeping in the background to make sure all library files are in place and working. If you shut the program down to early it may start to rebuild itself all over again. There will also be a fair bit of registering third party effects depending on what is on offer at the time of purchase. It can take some time to set up.
